Global Jet expands fleet with ultra long-range additions
Recent aircraft deliveries in Spain and France, plus discreet off-market transactions and a key hire, have strengthened Global Jet’s European footprint across multiple sectors.

Demonstrating continued momentum in business aviation, operator Global Jet has grown its activities across management, charter and sales. The aircraft management division added more than 17 aircraft since spring 2024, including a Citation Latitude, Praetor 500, Global 6000, Airbus ACJ319neo and four Global 7500s. The company now operates one of the largest fleets of Global 7500s, with nine in service, along with 10 G650/ERs. Three of its recent additions feature Starlink wi-fi, and more aircraft including a Global 8000 are expected to join in the near future.

The charter and brokerage division has also expanded with nine additions, among them a Falcon 7X, G650ER and Falcon 900LX with Ka-band connectivity. A G650ER based in Paris offers 16 seats across three zones, complete with Netflix and USB-C. The Spanish charter fleet has grown to six aircraft, including a PC-24 and Falcon 7X, serving cities including Madrid, Valencia and Malaga. In the French Riviera, a Citation Latitude joins a fleet that already includes a Falcon 2000LX and BBJ1.

The sales and acquisitions division has recently handled a number of transactions including a Global Express XRS and ACJ319neo. Off-market activity is also under way, and Global Jet is currently exclusive sales broker for several large-cabin aircraft, including an ACJ320. The company says it is seeing steady demand for long range types amid stabilising prices and a shift towards newer models. It has also added Matteo Betancourt as business development executive to help identify further opportunities and drive client growth.
