NHV will retain operational independence across Europe and Africa while GDHF supports future growth and improved service flexibility.

NHV Group commenced operations on 15 May, 1997. Over the past 25 years it has spread its wings across Europe and Africa and now boasts a fleet of more than 40 helicopters.

When NHV Group COO Thomas Hütsch became CEO he created a vacancy. This has been filled by Mike Gislam, formerly managing director of NHV Helicopters, who will also continue as MD of the NHV UK division.
