Recently named locally as a 'company to watch', Florida-based Elite Jets has added four pilots and three office staff. The new pilots have experience flying commercial, private and cargo jets, as well as military aircraft.
Bristow's Gulf of Mexico SAR team performed 1,000 missions in just 11 months of 2021. Most were Covid-related and 1,065 people were assisted. The company credits the team's dedication for its epic result.
Chrono Aviation cheers flight of 787-800 freighter in Canada

Charter operator Chrono Aviation has moved into freight charter with the first Boeing 787-800SF in Canada. The fleet addition introduces the company to the Western provinces, and will lead to the creation of 20 jobs.
Joby increases flight test capacity in support of FAA certification

Joby will start flying a second pre-production prototype aircraft to accelerate flight testing. Both the FAA special airworthiness certificate and USAF airworthiness approval were given in December 2021.
