Guests of the FBO have access to eight existing hangars capable of accommodating aircraft up to a G700. Future plans include construction of private, built-to-suit box hangars offering customisable space.

Planned, designed and built by Avflight, the investment underscores its long-term commitment to Detroit's aviation future. The new complex features a 5,000 sq ft FBO terminal and a 20,000 sq ft heated hangar.

A pilot lounge offers recliners, a large-screen television, a flight planning area with desks, bistro-style seating and a private snooze room, providing a comfortable space for both rest and productivity between flights.
