As the son of Chuck Cox, who spent three decades building the foundation of Northern Jet Management, Casey Cox grew up around the company and the private aviation industry. Now he is assuming a VP role.

Fred Cromer brings three decades of aviation experience spanning airlines, aircraft leasing, original equipment manufacturing and aviation technology. He has led both independent companies and wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Craig Murray has moved from Citation CJ3 lead captain to chief pilot, taking on day to day safety and standardisation for Silver Air's pilot group.

Matt Burdette joins the company from The ASA Group, where he served as vice president of global security operations. Prior to that, he was director of global security for United Healthcare Global.
