Kansas City aviation executive Jay Bushouse has taken on a senior leadership role after the firm surpassed $1bn in annual aircraft transactions.

Hansford Smith most recently served as director of safety and organisational development, where he administered the Santa Barbara-based private aircraft management company and charter operator's SMS.

Prior to ACASS and Skyservice Business Aviation, Alejandra Parés held senior leadership roles at TAG Aeronautics, where she led business operations, international expansion initiatives and modernisation efforts.
