Kerry Heiss has spent 24 years in aviation, more than 20 of them in MRO. He joins Yingling from Western Aircraft in Boise, Idaho, where he was director of MRO sales and marketing for more than nine years.

Gregg Fahrenbruch brings more than 15 years of experience building and leading high-performance aviation organisations. He previously served as executive vice president of operations at Wheels Up.

From mid- to large-cabin airframes to legacy programmes, Yingling has grown alongside the industry through many milestones, expanding its capabilities and deepening its expertise to support customers at every stage.
