The company has secured PMA approval for an LED cabin lighting system, replacing fluorescent tubes in Hawker/Beechjet 400 and 400A aircraft with a low-maintenance, interference-free alternative.

This LED system gives Citation customers PWI LED cabin lighting options for the CJ1, CJ2, Citation V, 550 Bravo, Citation II 550 and now the Excel 560XL, the latter in the serial number range from 5001 through 5349.

PWI has applied LED technology to many Beech King Air lighting challenges, and this tail floodlight addresses visual branding, aircraft visibility and thus mission safety.
