American Aviation takes on LED sales
With a chain of FAA certified repair stations and Cessna service centres, American Aviation describes itself as a one-stop-shop. It is now also an PWI-authorised installation facility for LED lighting.

American Aviation is now an official authorised installation centre for all of Kansas-headquartered PWI's LED lighting products. American Aviation is a family owned and operated company located in Brooksville, Florida and founded in 1979. Its expertise includes light to mid-sized jets, turboprops and single-engine aircraft.

The company started out as a flight school and has expanded into one of the southeast's premier FAA certified repair stations and Cessna service centres. As an FAA certified repair station, it provides services for aircraft such as Learjets, Citations, Westwinds, King Airs, Cheyennes, Caravans and Hawkers as well as Cessna, Beechcraft and Piper pistons.

American Aviation prides itself on being a one-stop-shop with services such as aircraft sales, avionics, FBO services, flight school, interiors, maintenance, paint and parts. With so many services available, it is able to get the customer up and running with minimal downtime.

Since being established, PWI has grown from coil winding to a diverse range of aircraft lighting products and more. PWI manufactures several interior lights for Beechcraft King Air aircraft and has in-house ability to design, engineer and manufacture all types of electrical assemblies, electronics contract manufacturing, magnetometers and customised LED lighting solutions.
