Examination of the ACJ's primary and secondary structure required removal and re-installation of the entire cabin. Corrosion meant components were replaced, and defects on engines and thrust reversers repaired.

The flexibility and dedication shown by the Nomad team allowed modifications to be carried out during the scheduled maintenance work, without any extension to the agreed ground time planned for the event.

In less than a month, Nomad completed a complex ka-band installation outside of the planned maintenance and without any prior provisions.
