Gogo grows globally as Nomad Technics becomes authorised dealer
The Swiss MRO will offer satcom installations and upgrades across EMEA and develop STCs for Gogo’s connectivity equipment.
Based in Basel, Nomad Technics will handle installation, maintenance and system upgrades for Gogo connectivity solutions.

Nomad Technics has been appointed as an authorised dealer for Gogo. Under the agreement, Nomad will promote and perform satcom installations, maintenance and system upgrades for aircraft operators in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The company holds approvals for the Bombardier Global and Challenger families, as well as the Airbus ACJ and Boeing BBJ. It plans to introduce Gogo’s full range of GEO and LEO connectivity systems across these platforms, along with the development of STCs, starting with the FDX for the Boeing 737 BBJ.

“As demand for consistent, global in-flight connectivity continues to grow across business jets and VVIP bizliners, we are pleased to support Gogo and, more importantly, our customers,” says Brigita Vildžiūnienė, director of sales at Nomad Technics.

“We know our customers will particularly appreciate the ability to optimise the multi-orbit, multi-band options to install connectivity that best suits their mission,” adds Nomad’s CEO, Thomas Gierlich.
