Nomad Technics has redelivered a Bombardier Challenger 650 following an extensive maintenance programme to return the aircraft to airworthiness after a long period of parking.
The workscope went beyond standard maintenance and included a complete overhaul of both engines, a 48-month inspection and an additional package of detailed inspections and tests tailored to the aircraft’s specific condition. The project also included interior work, with newly upholstered seats, a new carpet and repairs to various areas of cabin woodwork.
“It was a challenging and very interesting project. The trustful cooperation with the aircraft operator allowed us to make it a great success for everyone involved. We are proud to see the aircraft back in the air again, especially with its beautiful new cabin,” says Brigita Vildžiūnienė, director of sales at Nomad Technics.
“Nomad Technics’ extensive industry experience and flexibility allowed us to perform exceptionally well on this project that was well beyond routine maintenance. We are grateful to have received this opportunity by our trusted customer,” adds Thomas Gierlich, CEO of Nomad Technics.
