Duncan extends Honeywell product support
Duncan Aviation has expanded its support to Honeywell NZ-2000 and IC-800 navigation and avionics computers.
Duncan Aviation now has all repair capabilities and exchange inventory for Honeywell NZ-2000 and IC-8000 computers.

Duncan Aviation has expanded its service agreement with Honeywell Aerospace in support of the Honeywell NZ-2000 navigation computer and IC-800 integrated avionics computer product lines. This expansion transfers all repair capabilities and exchange inventory to Duncan Aviation's component services and parts and rotables sales units located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The NZ-2000 and IC-800 integrated computers are part of the Honeywell Primus avionics system and are factory-installed in the following aircraft models:

- Challenger 600 and 601

- Global Express, XRS and 5000

- Citation 650 and 750

- Embraer Legacy 600 and 650

- Embraer ERJ 135/145

- Falcon 900, 900B, 900C, 900EX and 2000

- Hawker 700, 800, 800XP and 1000

- Dornier Do-328

As a licensed Honeywell authorised service centre and channel partner, this expanded service builds upon Duncan Aviation's existing Honeywell authorisations by adding specified part numbers.

Duncan Aviation has had a more than 50 year relationship with Honeywell, providing the highest level of component service and support to our mutual customers,” says VP of component services and satellites Mark Cote. “It is exciting to add these products and capabilities to the long list of Honeywell components we support today.”

Duncan Aviation has taken over managing the repair and exchange capabilities, including quotes, AOG events, warranty claims, MSP contracts and related status updates.
