Global Jet renews CAE training agreement for five years
Global Jet is to extend its 15-year partnership with CAE until 2026. Thanks to training given on a wide range of aircraft, its pilots and maintenance technicians can ensure the safety of their operations.
CAE head of sales - EMEAA, business aviation, helicopter and maintenance training Sreeja Sawant; CAE VP business development and strategic growth Camille Mariamo; CAE group president, civil aviation Nick Leontidis; Global Jet head of training Olivier Zimmermann; Global Jet MD Antoine David; CAE president and CEO Marc Parent; and CAE VP business aviation and helicopter training Alexandre Prevost.

Switzerland-based operator Global Jet has extended its business aviation, commercial aviation and maintenance training agreement with CAE until 2026.

“From commercial aviation training to business aviation training, Global Jet is happy to have a partner like CAE with innovative training on a wide range of aircraft at locations around the world,” says managing director Antoine David. “Thanks to the training they receive at CAE, our pilots and maintenance technicians have the knowledge and skills needed to ensure the safety of our operations and the success of our business.”

CAE group president, civil aviation, Nick Leontidis adds: “CAE is uniquely positioned to provide pilot and maintenance training to Global Jet, whose diverse fleet includes both business jets and bizliners. This contract renewal is a testament to CAE's expertise in business and commercial aviation and the tailored training we have been proud to deliver to Global Jet for more than 15 years.”

As part of the agreement, CAE will provide training on the Challenger 300/350, Challenger 604, Global Express, Global Vision, Global 7500, Falcon 7X EASy II, Falcon 2000 EASy II, Falcon 900 EX, Falcon 900 EASy II, Airbus A320, Airbus A330, Boeing 767, Boeing 787, Boeing 737/BBJ and Embraer ERJ145 platforms.
