UAS pays tribute to suppliers new and old | Magazine

The first UAS Outstanding Suppliers Awards took place in 2015, and each year since then UAS has been celebrating its leading industry partners in every region as well as the best performing handlers.

UAS International Trip Support is honouring the best in business aviation at its annual Outstanding Suppliers Awards ceremony, coinciding with the Dubai Airshow.

The awards were presented by Mohammed Husary, UAS executive president, at an event for business aviation friends and media at Jet Aviation's FBO adjacent to the Dubai World Central airport.

Two service providers have repeated their success from last year with Jet Aviation named as Global Service Provider - Best Customer Service, and ExecuJet Middle East retaining the accolade as Best Handler in the Middle East.

The remaining six awards go to new recipients who are being celebrated for their hard work, excellent standards and consistent quality. The portfolio of winners marks the wide geographical reach of UAS with winning companies stretching from Belo Horizonte, Brazil to Cairo, Egypt and on to Hong Kong, China. All of them will be in Dubai to accept their honours. This year's winners include ENOC (Global Fuel Supplier), Jet Aviation (Global Service Provider - Best Customer Service), Z-Aviation Services (Best Handler in Africa), Lider Aviacao (Best Handler in Americas), Skylink Services (Best Handler in Europe), EastUnion Business Aviation (Best Handler in CIS Countries), Asia Flight Services (Best Handler in Asia Pacific and Indian Subcontinent) and ExecuJet Middle East (Best Handler in Middle East).

The first UAS Outstanding Suppliers Awards took place in 2015. “We set the benchmark for customer service and standards as our partner selection is always based on a rigorous assessment,” says Husary. “We congratulate this year's award winners. They reflect our most excellent strategic partners of the last twelve months that have consistently responded to all our customer demands, no matter how difficult or complex. We are delighted to work with them, as well as all our partners around the globe, all of whom represent the best in operational excellence.”
