Effective 9 December 2024, Aviation services provider Avflight Corporation has acquired Kemp Jet Services at Ogden Regional Airport (KOGD).

Retaining the skilled team from Kemp Jet Services to ensure a smooth transition for guests, Avflight Ogden is the company's first location in Utah and its 27th facility globally. The company's new FBO is centrally located in the US, and serves as a gateway to Utah's scenic destinations. as well as larger nearby cities.

The facility features pilot and passenger lounges, a gym, a conference room and a modern fuel farm. Hangar capacity includes four bays, totalling more than 50,000 sq ft, featuring a mega door system to accommodate aircraft of any size. Avflight has also rebranded the site to align with its network's contemporary aesthetic.
