In the last quarter alone, Horizon secured an order for up to 100 Cavorite X7s worth $500 million, continued the flight test programme of its scale prototype and furthered the design of the full-scale aircraft.
It started the process back in August, and now Horizon has merged with a SPAC and its shares are trading on the NYSE. The move provides resources to continue developing and testing its Cavorite X7.
