Fly Across MRO gains Embraer tick for executive jet maintenance
Embraer has added Fly Across MRO to its authorised service centre network, allowing it to provide base maintenance for Phenom, Praetor, Legacy 450 and Legacy 500 jets at Toluca International airport in Mexico.
The approval follows a rigorous evaluation process to meet Embraer’s standards.

Fly Across MRO will offer scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including AOG support and drop-in services, following an approval process ensuring compliance with Embraer’s standards. The agreement positions the company as a key provider for Embraer aircraft operators in the region.

“This recognition marks a significant milestone for our company,” says Fly Across CEO Javier Gonzalez. “Embraer’s authorisation validates our continuous efforts to deliver top-tier services and strengthens our position as a leader in aircraft maintenance in the region.”

Frank Stevens, Embraer’s vice president of global MRO centres, adds: “It is a pleasure to welcome Fly Across MRO to Embraer’s authorised service centre network. We are pleased to grow our footprint in an important market like Mexico.”

Fly Across MRO’s expanded capabilities ensure operational efficiency for Embraer operators. The manufacturer’s executive jet service network now includes eight Embraer-owned centres and 44 authorised centres across the Americas, with 74 worldwide. Embraer has also increased its US business jet MRO capacity with new maintenance lines in Texas, Ohio and Florida.
