West Star predicts Forehand will smash it in Tennessee
Mike Forehand was maintenance planner, customer service representative, maintenance sales manager, director of maintenance and production manager with Embraer, which will serve him well for his new role.
Michael Forehand has a passion for customer service.

US MRO West Star Aviation has named Michael Forehand as the new Embraer programme manager at its Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport/Lovell Field facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Forehand has over 19 years of executive aviation experience. He is a certified A&P and has held the previous positions of maintenance planner, customer service representative, maintenance sales manager and director of maintenance and most recently was production manager with Embraer.

“Mike brings a wealth of Embraer knowledge and passion and will be a valuable asset to the West Star team,” says Steve Goede, general manager (CHA).

“Customer service is my passion, and I am always looking for a way to exceed customer expectations,” adds Forehand.
