Hera Flight brings a trio of jets on board
Each jet was chosen to meet increasing demand across key market segments: long-range, midsize and high-speed missions – and to strengthen Hera’s capability to deliver tailored experiences for every client need.
Jonathan Hollar is encouraged by the latest additions.

US operator Hera Flight has taken delivery of a GIV, a Challenger 300 and a Citation X.

“At our core, we’re committed to delivering an uncompromising private aviation experience that seamlessly combines luxury, performance and reliability,” reveals Jonathan Hollar, co-owner and COO. “That vision has propelled Hera Flight’s tremendous growth this year, and it’s why we’ve strategically added the Gulfstream GIV, the Challenger 300 and the Cessna Citation X – and why we are adding a GV and are in talks to add more and bring back another Learjet 60 with new interior and satellite wi-fi.

“Each jet was chosen to meet increasing demand across key market segments – long-range, midsize and high-speed missions – and to strengthen our capability to deliver tailored experiences for every client need. Our fleet is a mix of aircraft owned by Hera Flight or privately owned and expertly managed by Hera Flight, and all available for ad hoc charter.”

The GIV is a true long-range performer, ideal for coast-to-coast and transatlantic travel. Its spacious cabin comfortably seats up to 15 passengers, complete with wi-fi, entertainment systems and a dedicated flight attendant. It’s perfect for clients who demand luxury and productivity at altitude.

The Challenger 300 is a versatile midsize workhorse. It offers a smooth ride, a spacious stand-up cabin and coast-to-coast range with no compromise on comfort. It’s particularly popular for business executives needing same-day turnarounds between cities.

“Then there’s the Citation X, one of the fastest business jets in the world,” continues Hollar. “It’s built for speed and efficiency. It’s a favourite among clients who value time above all else.

“These additions round out our fleet beautifully. They allow us to scale operations without sacrificing the tailored service we’re known for. With these aircraft, we can meet more client needs, optimise scheduling and reduce repositioning costs, ultimately passing that value on to our clients. With the addition of more heavy jets, Hera Flight will increase our ability to serve our clients world-wide.”

These aircraft will serve a wide array of missions, mostly corporate and personal travel. Hera is already seeing significant demand for the new additions from existing clients, charter brokers and new retail clients.

2025 has already exceeded expectations, Hollar goes on to say. “With growing demand in international markets and increased requests from direct retail clients, we’re planning to expand our concierge team and add more aircraft to our fleet by year-end.

“Our ambitions at Hera Flight remain bold: to redefine luxury air travel one flight at a time. We’re focused on growing sustainably while never losing sight of what matters most: our clients’ trust, safety, timeliness and comfort.”
