Hera meets the Wingman standard
Hera Flight joins an elite group of operators that have met Wyvern's uncompromising safety standards, a distinction recognised globally by discerning travellers, charter brokers and aviation professionals.
The company is rightfully proud of its Wingman status.

Hera Flight has secured its designation as a Wyvern Wingman certified operator by achieving Wingman status through the Flight Leader Program with ongoing quarterly coaching by Wyvern. This new commitment reflects the US aircraft charter, management and sales company's dedication to rigorous safety standards and operational efficiency at every level.

“Safety is the foundation of everything we do at Hera Flight,” says Jonathan Hollar, co-owner and COO. “Earning Wyvern Wingman status reaffirms our commitment to providing every client with not only a world-class flight experience but also the highest level of safety and confidence in the skies.”

The globally recognised Wyvern Wingman standard provides a safety benchmark that allows customers to assess performance expectations against recognised industry best practices before purchasing services. The scope of the evaluation includes a review and assessment of the organisation's compliance management system, internal evaluation programme, safety management system, human factors management, safety culture analysis, risk management policies, procedures and practices, emergency response plans and training programmes.

Hera Flight's achievement of Wyvern Wingman certification is a testament to its unwavering pursuit of safety and excellence,” notes Andrew Day, Wyvern's senior vice president, operations. “It exemplifies the professionalism and leadership our industry strives for.”
