The aircraft brokerage and advisory firm has expanded its leadership as sustained deal flow has supported continued growth across corporate and high-net-worth client segments.

Rich Ropp has been named Mente MD, based in St. Louis, strengthening the firm's advisory and transaction capabilities. Mente is also welcoming back Kyle Bonda, who has rejoined the firm as senior managing director.

Mente MD Brent Hanson will be based in Michigan, with sales territories across the country, while chief revenue officer Steve Main will be based in the Mente Group Frisco headquarters in Texas.
