Mente anticipates strong momentum in aircraft sales
Many clients continue to seek comprehensive guidance beyond the aircraft transaction itself, including fleet planning, aircraft valuations, operational strategy, technical due diligence and long-term ownership planning.
Brian Proctor says business is accelerating.

Mente Group is reporting strong aircraft transaction and aviation advisory activity through the first half of 2026 and expects a robust second half of the year as demand for aircraft acquisitions and consulting services continues to build.

The Dallas, Texas-based business aviation advisory and aircraft brokerage firm said its aircraft advisory pipeline has reached one of the strongest levels in company history, supported by a steady flow of acquisition engagements, fleet planning projects and strategic consulting assignments. Based on current activity, the company expects to meet or exceed its overall performance from last year.

The outlook reflects continued demand for independent advice as corporations, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals navigate a dynamic and robust business aviation market. Mente Group also has continued expanding its leadership team during 2026, adding experienced sales, technical and operational executives to increase client support across North America while evaluating additional opportunities to further strengthen its sales organisation.

Recent additions and promotions in 2026 include chief revenue officer Steve Main, senior managing directors Kyle Bonda and Jay Bushouse, managing directors Brent Hanson and Rich Ropp, and Zach Ungerleider as director of technical services.

“Our level of client activity continues to accelerate across nearly every segment of our business,” notes Brian Proctor, founder, president and CEO of Mente Group. “We are seeing sustained demand from buyers and sellers seeking experienced, professional advice on increasingly sophisticated aircraft transactions and long-term aviation strategies. Our transaction pipeline and consulting engagements give us confidence that the second half of 2026 will be exceptionally strong.”

Proctor explains that many clients continue to seek comprehensive guidance beyond the aircraft transaction itself, including fleet planning, aircraft valuations, operational strategy, technical due diligence and long-term ownership planning. The company has advised nearly half of the Fortune 100 and is recognised for its independent, data-driven approach to business aviation advisory services.

“Clients today are looking for trusted advisors who understand every aspect of aircraft ownership and can help them make informed decisions in a changing marketplace,” he continues. “That advisory approach has always distinguished Mente Group, and it continues to drive new client relationships and repeat business.”

Mente's recent hiring initiative reflects its commitment to supporting continued growth while maintaining the high level of personalised service for which the company is known. Proctor said that Mente continues to evaluate opportunities to add experienced sales professionals in key markets as business activity expands further. Founded in 2009, Mente Group provides aircraft brokerage, acquisitions, sales, appraisals, asset management and strategic aviation consulting for corporations, family offices and UHNWI worldwide.

Mente Group is a member of IADA, the NBAA, the National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA) and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).

Mente Group's sister company is Four Corners Aviation, providing comprehensive corporate flight management and travel solutions.
