ProAir Aviation, a German operator headquartered in Stuttgart with offices in the UK, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey, has formed a strategic alliance with consulting firm Mente Group. Under the terms of the partnership, Mente Group will assist ProAir's clients in the acquisition and disposal of business jets, while ProAir will provide Mente's international clients with aircraft management and operational support in Europe.

ProAir arranges charters, cargo and logistics, aircraft maintenance, management and sales. The company was established more than 20 years ago by Thomas Godau, Elmar Monreal and Kim Witschas and is managed by its owners.

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Mente Group focuses on aircraft transactions, talent management, asset management and strategic, operational and technical consulting. It serves large corporations, growth companies and private individuals worldwide and its advisors have handled $10 billion in aircraft transactions, performing more than 500 business jet consultations.

ProAir founder and MD Elmar Monreal says: "Our strategic partnership with Mente Group will benefit our European clients and provide us with added depth and dimension in efficiently acquiring and selling aircraft. We will provide Mente's clients with the very best aircraft management and sales operations on the continent."

Mente Group president and CEO Brian Proctor adds: "This alliance will immediately benefit the clientele of both companies. Our global footprint now extends to Europe and beyond."

“As businesses continue to globalise, we are blessed to contribute skills at a high degree of cooperation and reliance with such a unique partner as Mente Group, which is setting standards in the market," continues Monreal. "Our widely ramified distribution and supplier’s network with its in-depth local market knowledge will allow us to gain valuable expertise and economic advantages."
