Western expands Pilatus support in Alaska
Blackhawk Performance Center – Alaska joins Western Aircraft's authorised service network for Pilatus operators.
The Blackhawk Performance Center Network delivers specialised support for turbine-powered aircraft as well as high-end piston and light jet aircraft.

Western Aircraft has designated Blackhawk Performance Center – Alaska (BPC-Alaska) as its authorised Pilatus satellite service centre supporting customers throughout Alaska.

As an authorised Pilatus sales and service centre based in Boise, Idaho, Western Aircraft designates satellite service centres to extend factory-authorised maintenance and support across its territory, giving PC-12 owners and operators access to qualified service providers closer to where they operate.

Phil Winters, vice president of aircraft sales, aircraft management and charter at Western Aircraft, says: “Selecting qualified service partners is an important part of our responsibility to the Pilatus community. BPC-Alaska has demonstrated the experience, technical expertise and commitment to quality that led to this designation.”

BPC-Alaska has supported Pilatus aircraft in Alaska for more than five years. As an authorised Pilatus satellite service centre, it will provide factory-authorised inspections, scheduled maintenance and warranty support through Western Aircraft's Pilatus service network.

Austin Bulawa, director of service for BPC-Alaska, says: “Our team has supported Pilatus aircraft in the region for years, and we're excited to expand our services as an authorised Pilatus satellite service centre.”

The designation strengthens access to factory-authorised Pilatus maintenance throughout Western Aircraft's service territory and provides Pilatus operators in Alaska with a more convenient service option.

A subsidiary of Greenwich AeroGroup, Western Aircraft is a full-service FBO and FAA-certified repair station with facilities in Columbia, Missouri; Broomfield, Colorado; Glendale, Arizona; Wasilla, Alaska; and Bournemouth International airport in the UK.
