Finnoff named western US distributor for P2012
Western US sales of the Tecnam P2012 series, including Alaska and Hawaii, have been placed with Finnoff, with select Blackhawk Performance Centers handling maintenance.
More than 100 P2012 aircraft have been delivered worldwide to date.

Finnoff has been appointed the exclusive stocking dealer for the Tecnam P2012 series throughout the western United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Select Blackhawk Performance Centers have also been designated as authorised Tecnam service centres for the twin-engine piston platform.

The agreement covers the full P2012 series, including the P2012 VIP, and takes immediate effect. Finnoff, a part of The Blackhawk Group, will handle aircraft sales, while the Blackhawk Performance Center network will provide warranty and non-warranty maintenance at its locations at Glendale Regional Airport (KGEU) in Arizona; Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (KBJC) in Broomfield, Colorado; and Wasilla Airport (PAWS) in Alaska.

Giovanni Pascale Langer, managing director of Tecnam, says: “Finnoff brings an outstanding reputation for supporting high-performance, mission-critical aircraft.”

Tecnam positions the P2012 as the only modern, in-production, nine-seat, twin-engine piston aircraft in its class, designed for high-utilisation, short-haul missions. Equipped with the Garmin G1000 NXi flight deck and available in both standard and STOL configurations, it can be configured for high-density passenger transport, cargo, VIP, medevac, skydive and special mission operations. The P2012 VIP interior features bespoke Italian craftsmanship and enhanced soundproofing. More than 100 P2012 aircraft have been delivered worldwide to date.

Jon Boknecht, vice president of Finnoff, adds: “The P2012 is a versatile, mission-ready aircraft that fills an important role for operators across a wide range of missions.”

Finnoff specialises in performance products and upgrades for commercial and governmental use aircraft worldwide, as well as the sale and brokerage of high-performance aircraft. The company was founded for the development, certification and sales of products for the Pilatus PC-12 and holds multiple FAA-certified STCs for aircraft upgrades.

The Blackhawk Performance Centers are a global network of aircraft modernisation facilities focused on Beechcraft King Air, Cessna Citation and Cirrus SR and Vision Jet aircraft. Services include aircraft maintenance, engine upgrade installations, avionics upgrades and STC development.
