Atlas gains first-ever STC for Gogo Galileo on Phenom 300
The EASA-approved system delivers 60 Mbps via OneWeb satellites and is now available at Atlas service centres in three countries.

Atlas Air Service AG, in partnership with FTI Engineering Network GmbH, has received EASA approval for a supplemental type certificate covering installation of the Gogo Galileo HDX-antenna on the Embraer Phenom 300. The system provides up to 60 Mbps internet speeds via the Eutelsat OneWeb LEO network.

Atlas and FTI are the first worldwide to gain certification for this installation. Customers can schedule the upgrade at Atlas centres in Bremen, Augsburg and Altenrhein, with installation typically requiring 10 working days.

The partners are also working on an STC for the Cessna Citation CJ series, with EASA approval for the CJ1 expected in Q2 2025. FAA, ANAC and TCAA validations are also being pursued.
