Paragon Aviation Group, the global network of independent audited FBOs and handling agents, has appointed three new advisory board members to provide strategic guidance and industry expertise.
The new members appointed are Tracy Chaplin, vice president of resources and partnerships at Clay Lacy Aviation; Jeremy Sobolik, manager at Fargo Jet Center at Hector International Airport; and William Holowesko, general manager of Odyssey Aviation in the Bahamas.
Chaplin has more than 30 years of experience across business aviation, commercial airlines and aerospace. Sobolik has managed Fargo Jet Center’s FBO services for 25 years, leading growth and operational excellence. Holowesko has been instrumental in Odyssey Aviation’s development over the past 28 years, establishing it as the largest FBO operator in the Bahamas.
Crystal Kubeczka, president of Paragon Aviation Group, says: “The advisory board is an incredibly important and influential group whose feedback directly impacts the direction of our organisation. Our growth over the years is a direct result of their in-depth aviation knowledge and commitment to the principles of safety, value, quality, reliability and service. We are excited to have such an insightful group of leaders joining the team.”
Kubeczka also expressed appreciation for outgoing members Scott Cutshall of Clay Lacy Aviation, Darren Hall of Fargo Jet Center and Steven Kelly of Odyssey Aviation, whose service significantly contributed to Paragon’s success.
