Paragon Aviation Group has appointed Kelly Frontczak, vice president of sales and marketing at jetCenters of Colorado, to its FBO Advisory Board.
Established in 2010, the Board provides strategic guidance and real-world industry insight to help ensure Paragon’s programmes and initiatives continue to address the evolving needs of its global network of independent audited FBOs and handling agents. Frontczak’s appointment adds valuable expertise in customer engagement, sales strategy, hospitality and FBO leadership while reinforcing the Board’s commitment to collaboration, innovation and operational excellence.
Frontczak joined jetCenters of Colorado in 2021 and serves as an integral member of the US FBO’s leadership team. In her role, she helps shape sales and marketing strategy while cultivating a company culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Through her engagement with pilots, flight departments, business aviation professionals and industry leaders, she brings a firsthand understanding of changing customer expectations and the opportunities available to strengthen relationships, service delivery and operational performance.
Before that, Frontczak spent 20 years with Enterprise Holdings serving in a variety of leadership, sales and marketing roles. Her experience across aviation, transportation and hospitality has given her a broad perspective on customer service and relationship development, particularly within the FBO and luxury hospitality sectors.
Frontczak previously served on the board of directors of the Colorado Aviation Business Association and is a founding board member of the Colorado Aviation Network. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colorado State University.
“Kelly brings an exceptional combination of leadership experience, industry knowledge and a genuine passion for customer service,” says Paragon president and CEO Crystal Kubeczka. “She understands how strong relationships, open collaboration and shared best practices can elevate the entire FBO community. Her perspective will be especially valuable as we continue expanding member value and preparing our network for the next generation of business aviation.”
The Paragon FBO Advisory Board serves as a direct connection between Paragon’s leadership and the FBO professionals operating throughout its network. Board members provide candid feedback, share proven practices, identify emerging challenges and recommend opportunities to strengthen member programmes and customer experiences. This collaborative approach gives members a meaningful voice in shaping initiatives that support the continued growth and success of the Paragon Network.
The Paragon FBO Advisory Board also includes Bobby Courtney, vice president of aviation at Fontainebleau Aviation; William Holowesko, general manager at Odyssey Aviation Bahamas; and Julie O’Brien, director of business development at Chantilly Air.
