Hollywood Burbank Jet Center becomes latest Paragon addition
Family-owned since 2003, the Burbank FBO has rebranded as an independent operation under general manager Priscilla Howden, daughter of the business's founder.

Hollywood Burbank Jet Center, based at Hollywood Burbank Airport (KBUR/BUR), has joined the Paragon Network, adding an FBO in one of the busiest business aviation markets in the United States.

The operation is run by the Lee family, whose involvement in California aviation dates back to 1984, when Harold Lee entered the FBO industry in Van Nuys. Over four decades the family built up FBOs in Palm Springs, Santa Maria, Oxnard and Burbank. The Burbank site was established in 2003 as Million Air Burbank before the family rebranded it as the independent Hollywood Burbank Jet Center in 2025. It is now led by Priscilla Howden, General Manager and Harold Lee's daughter.

Recent facility upgrades include EV charging stations, a quiet room with massage seating and a controlled access gate system, alongside a pet relief area currently under development. Hollywood Burbank Jet Center says it was among the earlier FBOs in the area to offer Sustainable Aviation Fuel, and it describes itself as a carbon-neutral operation.

Priscilla Howden, General Manager, says: “Hollywood Burbank Jet Center represents an important next chapter for our family. We are proud to carry forward the legacy my father began while building an independent identity that reflects who we are today.”

Crystal Kubeczka, President of Paragon Aviation Group, adds: “Burbank is a critical gateway for Southern California business aviation, and their presence enhances the consistency and quality of service available to operators in the region.”

With Los Angeles due to host the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Hollywood Burbank Jet Center is investing in new technology aimed at improving ramp efficiency during periods of heightened activity. The addition gives Paragon Network operators, crews and passengers another FBO location in the greater Los Angeles market.
