Cutter Aviation, the authorised sales and service centre for Pilatus in the Texas and southern California regions, has expanded Monica Kenney's role to include greater responsibility as Pilatus business manager. In this capacity, Kenney will oversee Cutter Aviation's Pilatus accounts and manage the customer experience from initial sale to long-term ownership.

Kenney joined Cutter Aviation in 2018 and has developed expertise in customer relations, aircraft sales and brand management. In her new position, she will collaborate with the company's executive teams, sales, service and marketing divisions to enhance customer satisfaction and promote business development.
