Western Aircraft has delivered its 300th PC-12, a PC-12 PRO, along with its 30th PC-24, in the same year it celebrates 30 years as an authorised Pilatus sales and service centre.
The three milestones were jointly acknowledged at a ceremony held at the Greenwich AeroGroup company’s head office in Boise, Idaho. Western Aircraft is the first authorised Pilatus sales centre to achieve them, having held the role since the partnership began in 1996.
The 300th PC-12 carries serial number 3107. The simultaneous delivery of the 30th PC-24 follows the addition of the Super Versatile Jet to Western Aircraft’s product line-up in 2018, since when it has proved a popular option among customers in the company’s sales territory in the northwestern US.
Pilatus group CEO Markus Bucher says: “Over the past 30 years, we’ve built a partnership founded on trust and shared values: a passion for aviation, a commitment to excellence and a shared drive to provide every PC-12 and PC-24 customer with the best possible experience and support.”
Phil Winters, vice president aircraft sales at Western Aircraft, adds: “We could not have achieved these milestones without our customers’ trust, our dedicated and caring employees and our longstanding partnership with Pilatus.”
Western Aircraft Inc. was founded in 1957 and is based in Boise, where, in addition to sales, it provides product support over the entire Pilatus Aircraft lifecycle. Its facility is equipped to handle all maintenance and repair work on Pilatus Aircraft, carried out by Pilatus-trained specialists. Over the past three decades, the company has continuously expanded its Pilatus expertise and established a strong position in the northwestern United States.
