The company has secured a €21.4 million EU Innovation Fund grant to retrofit Cessna Caravans with hydrogen-electric engines and create airport hydrogen infrastructure.
ZeroAvia's ZA600 power generation system is the world's first fuel cell module designed to meet CS-E and CS-23 certification requirements. The balance of plant is en route to certification and commercialisation.
