Blackhawk Modifications has received EASA approval for its Blackhawk XP upgrade on the Beechcraft King Air C90A/B. The XP upgrade increase the true airspeed of the C90A/B by approximately 35 knots.

The company states that it also improves takeoff and climb performance, especially from high altitude airports. The 'bolt-on' upgrade exchanges the existing engines of the aircraft with two new Pratt & Whitney PT6A-135A 750 shp engines.

Geneva-based TSA Transairco has been appointed the authorised European distributor for Blackhawk.
