Aery Aviation opens charter base at Fort Lauderdale
A Cirrus Vision Jet has joined the fleet at Fontainebleau Aviation at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International, with a refurbished Gulfstream G200 due to enter service in late November.
The Vision Jet is flying charters from Fort Lauderdale, while this G200 awaits paint and interior refurbishment before November service.

Aery Aviation is extending its charter and aircraft management operations into south Florida, with a Cirrus Vision Jet and Gulfstream G200 joining the company’s fleet at Fontainebleau Aviation at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

The Fort Lauderdale base brings Aery closer to customers throughout south Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Miami and surrounding communities, while establishing a foundation for continued growth in the region.

The Vision Jet is available for charter, with the G200 expected to enter service in late November following fresh exterior paint and a comprehensive interior refurbishment. In addition to charter services, Aery will offer aircraft management services to owners seeking professional support for their aircraft operations.

Scott Beale, president of Aery Aviation, says: “Fort Lauderdale gives us a great opportunity to expand our charter and aircraft management business in south Florida.”

Aery holds ARGUS Gold status and has completed its ARGUS Platinum audit, with Platinum status expected soon.

To launch the Fort Lauderdale operation, Aery is offering introductory incentives for eligible first bookings confirmed by 31 December 2026. Charter brokers and aircraft operators can contact Aery’s charter team for aircraft availability, quotations and offer details. The company is also hiring for positions to support the Fort Lauderdale operation.

Headquartered in Newport News, Virginia, Aery operates under FAA Part 135 and Part 145 certificates and maintains AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Alongside charter and aircraft management, its services include medical, government and defence aviation, engineering, aircraft modification, certification, manufacturing, maintenance and flight operations. FLL joins Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF), Burke Lakefront Airport (BKL) and Naval Air Station North Island (NZY) in the company’s network.
