Prince Aviation has completed a major maintenance undertaking: a simultaneous replacement and installation of eight engines across four Cessna 560 XLS+ aircraft, all completed within five days.

All eight Pratt & Whitney Canada PW545C engines were replaced as part of scheduled overhaul work. Each day, 24 AMTs worked directly on the aircraft, supported by the Serbian business jet company's planning, logistics, technical administration and maintenance organisation teams, representing more than 30 people in total.

“We are proud that we are one of only a few MROs across Europe that are capable of pulling off such complicated maintenance operations in such a short time. Doing this once is serious work. Doing it in parallel across four aircraft is another matter entirely, one that requires meticulous organisation, tool and parts preparation, coordination of personnel and strict adherence to every procedure,” explains Djordje Petrovic, Prince Aviation COO. “This project reflects exactly what Prince Aviation stands for: the people, the expertise and the operational capacity to deliver demanding work reliably, and on time.”
