Vincent brings valuable input to the Paragon table
Hannah Vincent's appointment adds expertise in FBO operations, customer experience, brand development and community engagement, reinforcing the board's commitment to collaboration, innovation and ops excellence.
Hannah Vincent's FBO knowledge is second-to-none.

Paragon Aviation Group has added Hannah Vincent, director of FBO operations at Business Jet, to its FBO advisory board.

Established in 2010, the Paragon FBO advisory board provides strategic guidance and real-world industry insight to help ensure Paragon's programmes and initiatives continue to address the evolving needs of its global network of audited FBOs and handling agents. Vincent's appointment adds valuable expertise in FBO operations, customer experience, brand development and community engagement while reinforcing the board's commitment to collaboration, innovation and operational excellence.

Vincent serves as director of FBO operations at Business Jet, a family owned and operated private aviation provider based at Dallas Love Field in Texas. She previously served as the company's chief brand officer, overseeing both the customer service and marketing teams. In her current role, Vincent brings a firsthand understanding of FBO operations and customer service, along with a unique perspective shaped by her experience across multiple areas of the business.

As the granddaughter and daughter of Business Jet founders Bob and Mike Wright, Vincent grew up in the aviation industry and began her career at Business Jet, working as a flight line agent and customer service representative at the company's FBO. Following her graduation from Texas Christian University, she spent five years in the nonprofit sector with UNICEF USA, where she gained experience in grassroots outreach, fundraising, marketing, events and advocacy.

Vincent's experience across FBO operations, customer service, marketing and community engagement provides a broad perspective on the evolving needs of customers, employees and the communities served by business aviation. She is also heavily involved with Business Jet Cares, a 501(c)(3) founded by the company to support veterans and kids in their local community.

“Hannah brings a unique combination of FBO operations experience, customer service expertise, marketing knowledge and a deep understanding of the business aviation industry,” says Crystal Kubeczka, president and CEO of Paragon Aviation Group. “Her perspective on customer experience, team leadership and community engagement will be a valuable addition to the advisory board. We are pleased to welcome her voice and experience as we continue working together to strengthen the Paragon Network.”

The Paragon FBO advisory board serves as a direct connection between Paragon's leadership and the FBO professionals operating throughout its network. Board members provide candid feedback, share proven practices, identify emerging challenges and recommend opportunities to strengthen member programmes and customer experiences. This collaborative approach gives members a meaningful voice in shaping initiatives that support the continued growth and success of the Paragon Network.

The Paragon FBO advisory board includes Crystal Kubeczka, president and CEO of Paragon Aviation Group; Bobby Courtney, vice president of aviation at Fontainebleau Aviation; William Holowesko, general manager at Odyssey Aviation Bahamas; Julie O'Brien, director of business development at Chantilly Air; Kelly Frontczak, vice president of sales and marketing at jetCenters of Colorado; and Hannah Vincent, director of FBO operations at Business Jet.
