Antavia will repair Embraer jet landing gear across Europe
Landing gear support for Embraer Legacy and Praetor aircraft improves European repair coverage, reflecting a wider shift by manufacturers toward specialist maintenance partners.

Antavia has secured an authorised repair centre (ARC) contract from Héroux-Devtek, covering landing gear support for Embraer Legacy and Praetor aircraft across Europe.

The agreement brings Antavia into Héroux-Devtek’s authorised repair network, with responsibility for repair and overhaul of landing gear equipment for the two Embraer business jet families.

Laurent Bouissou, DVP business manager at Antavia, says: “Antavia brings extensive experience supporting Héroux-Devtek designed landing gear, supported by strong engineering resources and comprehensive in-house capabilities including non-destructive testing, machining, surface treatment and painting. This combination enables Antavia to meet the demanding turnaround and quality requirements expected by business jet operators.”

Marc-Olivier Gagnon, vice president, engineering and product support at Héroux-Devtek, adds: “We are pleased to welcome Antavia into Héroux-Devtek's network of authorised repair centres supporting the Embraer Praetor programme across Europe. Antavia's technical expertise, responsiveness and established quality processes position it to support operators across the region.”

The agreement extends Antavia’s authorised landing gear capabilities and builds on investment in tooling, engineering expertise and infrastructure at its Paris and Campsas facilities.

It also reflects a broader industry trend, as OEMs facing supply chain pressure and rising costs increasingly rely on specialist MRO providers to support products in service while focusing internal resources on production.
