SDC plays host to Paragon award recipients
The strong participation reflects the industry's engagement and enthusiasm for recognising excellence across the network. Ysabella Tetley, Chantilly Air Jet Center and AERO Specialties have been singled out.
The awards recognise outstanding leadership, service and innovation within the global Paragon Network.

Paragon Aviation Group, an international network of independent audited FBOs and handling agents, has announced the recipients of the 2025 Paragon Awards during a ceremony at the Paragon booth at the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in Cleveland, Ohio. The awards recognise outstanding leadership, service and innovation within the global Paragon Network.

Voting for the 2025 Paragon Awards opened in early December 2025 and concluded in February 2026, attracting a record number of submissions and votes from Paragon members and flight departments worldwide. The strong participation reflects the industry's engagement and enthusiasm for recognising excellence across the network.

The 2025 Paragon Awards recipients are: Award of Excellence – Ysabella Tetley, director of client and airport services at Henriksen Jet Center's Houston Executive Airport FBO in Texas was recognised for her leadership and significant contributions to strengthening the Paragon Network, Ysabella exemplifies collaboration and operational excellence; FBO Member of the Year – Chantilly Air Jet Center, an aviation services company offering an elite FBO destination at Manassas Regional/Harry P Davis Field in the Washington, DC market with unparalleled privacy and security. Alongside its world-class FBO, Chantilly Air provides aircraft management, MRO services and a charter fleet, backed by more than 35 years of experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence; Diamond Strategic Partner Award – AERO Specialties, a global provider of aircraft and airport ground support equipment (GSE) solutions. AERO is recognised for delivering high-quality, reliable equipment and exceptional service that supports Paragon members worldwide.
