SkyMark Refuelers has launched a 7,000 gallon EV Refueler in partnership with World Fuel Services and Clay Lacy Aviation. Designed to advance sustainable fueling operations at airports nationwide, this is the largest all-electric aircraft refueller in the US and represents a major step forward in electrifying ground support equipment, combining performance, efficiency and safety.

Its next-generation features include:

- All-electric drivetrain, delivering zero-emission fuelling operations.

- Largest EV refueller to date, with a 7,000 gallon capacity to support a full range of aircraft fuelling needs.

- PTO shaft-driven pump, ensuring reliable and efficient fuel transfer.

- Fully compliant with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) standards, meeting the highest safety standards in the industry.

- Thermal management system, protecting performance and extending component life.

- Smart monitoring and built-in safety systems, enhancing visibility, control and operator confidence.

“Working alongside World Fuel Services and Clay Lacy Aviation, we are excited to introduce this next-generation EV refueller to the market,” says Steven Paul, CEO SkyMark Refuelers. “This partnership represents a shared commitment to innovation, sustainability and delivering safe, efficient fuelling solutions for the aviation industry.”

“This achievement showcases World Fuel’s dedication to developing solutions that help decarbonise aviation and assist our customers in reaching their environmental objectives,” adds WFS vice president of sales Stephanie Bryant Jordan. “By investing in cutting-edge technologies like this electric refueller, we are accelerating the transition to lower-carbon airport fuelling operations.”

The 7,000-gallon EV refueller will be deployed in active operations with Clay Lacy, supported by World Fuel Services.

“Since establishing our sustainability programme in 2019, we have continually sought new ways to drive the industry forward and support our company’s environmental goals,” says Doug Wilson, chief business officer for Clay Lacy Aviation FBOs. “This impressively engineered refueller sets a new standard in all-electric ground service equipment and allows us to best serve our clients while being a good neighbour to the communities surrounding our airports.”
