AEG Fuels expands Connect Network across three US regions
The latest additions have broadened network coverage while introducing a mix of historic aviation sites and regional gateways.
Velocity FBO strengthens AEG Connect's presence in Louisiana with a gateway to Baton Rouge and the Gulf Coast.

AEG Fuels has expanded its AEG Connect Network with the addition of Flying Tigers Aviation at Chino Airport in California, Velocity FBO at Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport in Louisiana and Keystone Heights Airport in Florida.

The expansion strengthens the company's footprint across the Western United States, the Gulf South and the Southeastern United States, taking the total number of AEG Connect locations to 55.

On the West Coast, Flying Tigers Aviation offers a distinctive FBO experience centred on a meticulously recreated 1940s Flying Tigers base. Alongside full-service FBO support and efficient ramp access, the facility combines operational convenience with a setting that celebrates one of aviation's most recognisable wartime legacies. “Joining the AEG Connect Network represents an exciting opportunity for us,” says Michael Thayer, CEO of Flying Tigers. “We're proud to offer a truly unique aviation environment while delivering efficient, high-quality service.”

Further east, at Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, Velocity FBO provides services for both corporate and general aviation operators, supported by modern facilities, professional ground handling and access to Louisiana's capital and the wider Gulf Coast region. “Velocity FBO is excited to join the AEG Connect Network and expand our reach to operators around the world,” says Donnie Zachary, general manager at Velocity FBO. “We look forward to providing AEG customers with exceptional service, first-class facilities and a seamless experience whenever they visit Baton Rouge.”

In Northeast Florida, Keystone Heights Airport, originally constructed in 1942 by the United States Army Air Forces, continues to serve Bradford and Clay Counties. The airport supports flight training, aircraft rental and specialised aerobatic operations while maintaining its historic character. “Keystone Heights Airport is proud to be part of the AEG Connect Network,” says Craig Coon, airport manager at Keystone Heights. “We look forward to continuing our mission of serving the aviation community while honouring our historic roots.”

Justin Clementi, vice president, general aviation at AEG Fuels, says: “We're excited to welcome Flying Tigers, Velocity FBO and Keystone Heights Airport to the AEG Connect Network. Each location brings unique value, from Flying Tigers' immersive historical concept, to Velocity FBO's premier Gulf Coast service offering, to Keystone Heights' important regional presence. Together, they enhance the strength of our global network.”
