Air Culinaire Worldwide has acquired On Air Dining, the inflight catering provider with operations at London Stansted and Farnborough airports. The move strengthened the combined ability of both companies to serve private aviation clients across the UK and Europe.

The entire On Air Dining team will remain in place, maintaining continuity of operations and relationships. With a reputation for culinary innovation and bespoke service, On Air Dining has become trusted among operators and clients seeking high-end inflight dining.

“This acquisition is a natural progression for On Air Dining and aligns with our long-term growth strategy,” says Daniel Hulme, founder of On Air Dining. “Our clients value consistency, flexibility and personal service. Backed by the support of Air Culinaire Worldwide, we are in a stronger position than ever to deliver all three. With our team unchanged, our kitchens in Stansted and Farnborough receiving further investment and enhanced logistics capabilities, this move sets us up for significant growth throughout Europe.”

Planned investments include kitchen upgrades, advanced ordering technology and improved logistics infrastructure.

“With Europe's private aviation market continuing to grow, this partnership marks a significant step in our strategic expansion,” adds John Lee, CEO of Air Culinaire Worldwide. “With On Air Dining's strong foundation in the UK and our global infrastructure, we're perfectly positioned to scale up service across the continent while maintaining the quality our clients value.”
