Kirk begins two-year term as chair of NATA board
Cristine Kirk of Malone AirCharter took on the role as Frash and Smith joined and Rozansky and McReynolds extended their terms.
Kirk’s appointment reflects NATA’s continued emphasis on representing the interests of Part 135 operators nationwide.

Cristine Kirk, CEO of Florida-based Malone AirCharter, has been named chair of the National Air Transportation Association's board of directors for a two-year term. Geoff Heck, president and COO of Aero Centers, is taking up the vice chair role, while Sheltair Aviation COO Todd Anderson remains as immediate past chair.

David Frash of NetJets and Todd Smith of Atlantic Aviation have joined as at-large directors following elections held during NATA’s annual meeting in Washington, DC. The board has also renewed the terms of Chris Rozansky of Naples Airport Authority and Allen McReynolds of West Star Aviation.

NATA president and CEO Curt Castagna says: “We are pleased to welcome David Frash of NetJets and Todd Smith of Atlantic Aviation to the NATA board of directors, and to recognise the continued service of Chris Rozansky and Allen McReynolds.”

Frash serves as director of state and local government and external affairs at NetJets, focusing on regulatory engagement across all 50 states. Smith, senior vice president at Atlantic Aviation, oversees safety and compliance and previously chaired NATA’s environmental committee.

Outgoing board members include Megan Wolf of Flexjet, Kathryn Purwin of Helinet Aviation Services and past chair Clive Lowe of Atlantic Aviation. Castagna adds: “NATA extends its sincere gratitude to Clive Lowe of Atlantic Aviation for his leadership and service as chair of the NATA board of directors.”
