The International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) has awarded its Certified Aircraft Broker designation to 16 aircraft sales professionals from Accredited Dealers across North America, Latin America and Europe.
The newly certified brokers are John Bunce, Leading Edge Aviation Solutions; Andrés Madrazo Casas, Wulf Aviation; Daniel Christman and Philippe Polman, Lone Mountain Aircraft; Trey Darr, Avpro; Luis E. Flores and Eugenio G. de la Garza, Aerolineas Ejecutivas; Madeleine Jones, Stanton & Partners Aviation; Oscar Pablo Martinez Moreno, Southern Cross Aircraft; Bill Minkoff, David Naugle and Jeff Vickers, Flightline Group; Jake Rainey, OGaraJets; Samuel Stone, Soljets; Anton Törnberg, EAC Aircraft Sales; and Steve Varsano, The Jet Business.
The 2026 group includes 11 professionals from North America, two from Latin America and three from Europe, bringing the total number of IADA Certified Aircraft Brokers to 233.
“Every aircraft transaction represents a significant financial decision, and buyers and sellers deserve to know they are working with professionals who have demonstrated both expertise and integrity,” says Lou Seno, executive director of IADA. “The IADA Certified Aircraft Broker designation gives clients confidence that their advisor has met rigorous industry standards and is committed to ongoing professional development. Combined with our Accredited Dealer programme, certification creates a level of accountability and transparency that is unique in business aviation and helps ensure transactions are conducted with the highest degree of professionalism.”
The certification programme is available only to professionals employed by an IADA Accredited Dealer or approved OEM. Candidates must have at least two years of industry experience with their sponsoring organisation before becoming eligible to sit for the examination.
Applicants complete coursework through the IADA U learning platform and prepare using the IADA Certified Broker Study Guide before sitting the examination. The programme was developed to establish consistent standards among aircraft brokers and provide independent verification of professional qualifications.
While certification applies to individuals, the companies they represent must first qualify as IADA Accredited Dealers. Accredited firms must demonstrate qualifying transaction experience, maintain professional business operations, carry appropriate insurance coverage and comply with IADA's code of ethics. Accreditation is reviewed annually, with member firms required to provide evidence of continuing compliance, including certification levels among sales staff, transaction activity and continuing education requirements.
