Ground support expert AERO Specialties joins Paragon
Many of Paragon Aviation Group's FBOs are long time clients of AERO Specialties, so it makes sense to integrate the businesses. AERO Specialties is especially known for its ground support equipment.
AERO Specialties has built a customer base of more than 21,000 clients globally.

AERO Specialties, a provider of high-quality and affordable ground support equipment (GSE), has joined the Paragon Aviation Group network, an international network of independent audited FBOs and handling agents. With more than 30 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of ground support equipment, AERO Specialties is renowned for its commitment to service and reliability, making it an ideal partner for Paragon.

AERO Specialties has built a customer base of over 21,000 clients globally, including airlines, corporate flight departments, FBOs, MROs, government and military organisations. Its extensive range of products, from ground power units to aircraft tugs, combined with its industry-leading service and support, makes it a standout in the market.

“Welcoming AERO Specialties into the Paragon Network is a natural fit. Many of our FBOs are long time clients of AERO Specialties. Its innovation, proven reliability and long-standing history in aviation bring value to our organisation. This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver comprehensive options and excellent support to our growing network,” says Crystal Kubeczka, president of Paragon Aviation Group.

AERO Specialties is known for its motto, ‘We sell GSE, but specialise in service’, which reflects its approach to customer relationships. With a team of qualified sales professionals and an exceptional service team, AERO Specialties ensures fast parts replacement, onsite service and support for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty equipment.

“Our goal has always been to provide the best equipment and the best service,” comments Jared Marshall, GSE sales and rental manager at AERO Specialties. “Joining the Paragon Network strengthens our ability to support Paragon's members with tailored GSE solutions, and we look forward to many more years of serving their needs.”

AERO Specialties also recently launched the JetGo 28-iBS, an all-electric ground power unit capable of providing 2,500 amps of peak amperage and 600 amps of continuous amperage, designed to meet the 28-volt DC aircraft power needs of modern aviation. Additionally, its spare parts department works tirelessly to ship parts on the same day whenever possible, minimising downtime and maximising operational efficiency for its clients.

By partnering with Paragon Aviation Group, AERO Specialties aims to expand its reach and continue delivering top-notch ground support equipment and services to Paragon's network of FBOs, MROs and aviation professionals.
