Crystal Kubeczka's lengthy background in aviation includes leadership, marketing, client development and strategic planning. She was previously with UAS International Trip Support serving as VP of sales America.
Kubeczka is a highly respected aviation professional, and Paragon is excited to have her onboard.

Paragon Aviation Group, the international network of audited FBOs and handling agents, has hired Crystal Kubeczka as vice president of sales. In her new role, Kubeczka will be tasked with strengthening relationships within the aviation community, building strategic alliances with flight departments and growing market share. Kubeczka will also sit on Paragon's FBO advisory board as a key advisor ensuring the growth of the network and programmes offered are in concert with the needs of the member base.

Kubeczka's lengthy background in aviation includes leadership, marketing, client development and strategic planning. She was previously with UAS International Trip Support serving as vice president of sales America for the past two years during which time she was able to increase market share by 25 per cent. Her transition will continue to give UAS customers the quality of services they are accustomed to, but now through the Paragon Network.

Prior to UAS, Kubeczka spent over 15 years with FlightSafety International where she led the sales and marketing efforts as a subject matter expert in Gulfstream programmes to the owner/operators. Kubeczka has also held positions with Air Routing International.

She currently serves on the National Business Aviation Association's (NBAA) International Operators Steering Committee and was hand selected as the executive director for the Chief Pilots Roundtable, a title she has held since 2006. Kubeczka also has volunteered on NBAA's Scheduler and Dispatcher committee.

“Crystal is a highly respected aviation professional, and we are excited to have her on board,” says Megan Barnes, president of Paragon Aviation Group. “With her wealth of industry knowledge coupled with her proven sales track record, strong work ethic and growth mindset, Crystal will have an immediate impact on our network.”

The Paragon Network is a distinguished membership group of over 90 elite FBOs and international handling agents that provide world-class service to general aviation travellers around the globe. Paragon Aviation Group performs a comprehensive audit of the facilities and services offered to ensure the quality of the member base before any FBO joins the Paragon Network. Each member FBO must comply with a set of strategically developed core standards to remain in the group. Paragon Aviation Group facilitates the Paragon Network.

Paragon Aviation Group is a family business comprised of Mike Delk, Megan Barnes and Molly LeBlanc. With their combined industry experience of over 85 years, they have introduced an exciting industry platform for premier aviation service providers.
