Since Paragon Aviation Group's inception in 2010, its FBO advisory board has served to ensure that the growth of its international network of audited FBOs and handling agents, and its programmes offered were in concert with the needs of the member base.

The company is introducing three new board members: Gary Forster, MD of ExecuJet Caribbean at Princess Juliana International airport in Sint Maarten; Jean-François Guitard, director of the general aviation and business development business unit of Société des Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur, the operator of Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez airports, and owner of the European FBO network, Sky Valet; and Florian Samsinger, MD of Magnum FBO in Austria and Slovakia. As Paragon continues to expand its global presence, these board members will help provide the network with pivotal insights and business strategies for the rest of the world.

“The advisory board is a diverse group of owners, executives and key managers of select FBOs in our network that we rely upon for honest feedback, advice and recommendations. Our focus is on helping the FBOs with operational efficiencies, shared best practices and direct sales and marketing efforts,” says Megan Barnes, president of Paragon Aviation Group. “As we grow, it's imperative that we continue to focus on our guiding principles of safety, value, quality, reliability and service. The board's in-depth aviation knowledge has been an integral part of helping Paragon expand and innovate.”

Along with Barnes, board members from Paragon's corporate team include Mike Delk, chairman of the board and Scott Jefvert, director of sales. The remaining board members are Bobby Courtney, VP of aviation at Fontainebleau Aviation; Scott Cutshall, senior VP of development and sustainability at Clay Lacy Aviation; Darren Hall, VP of business development at Fargo Jet Center; Steven Kelly, president and CEO at Odyssey Aviation Bahamas; Julie O'Brien, general manager at ProJet Aviation; and Michel Tohane, president of group FBO services at Luxaviation Group.

The Paragon Network is a distinguished membership of over 90 elite FBOs and international handling agents that provide world-class service to general aviation travellers around the globe. Paragon Aviation Group performs a comprehensive audit of the facilities and services offered to ensure the quality of the member base before any FBO joins The Paragon Network. Each member FBO must comply with a set of strategically developed core standards to remain in the group. Paragon Aviation Group facilitates The Paragon Network.

Paragon Aviation Group is a family business comprised of Mike Delk, Megan Barnes, and Molly LeBlanc. With their combined industry experience of over 85 years, they have introduced an exciting industry platform for premier aviation service providers.
