GE Honda Aero Engines continues service network expansion
GE Honda Aero Engines continues not only to expand its ASP network to match its growing in-service fleet, but is adjusting its EMC offering to accommodate the customer base and their operation.

GE Honda Aero Engines (GHAE) has added two new authorised service providers (ASPs), expanding the HF120 engine service network to 17 locations around the globe. The expansion includes Malaysia-based KarbonMRO and Mather Aviation, located in central California.

GHAE's authorised service providers perform line maintenance and engine removal, as well as supporting rental engine use for HF120 engine shop visits. The ASP network promotes and facilitates GHAE's Engine Maintenance Care (EMC) programme. Customers use this service network for warranty and EMC services.

“Whether in the shop or in the field, the GE Honda Aero Engines service network continues to provide first-rate service to our customers,” says executive vice president Shinji Tsukiyama. “We continue not only to expand our ASP network to match our growing fleet; we are adjusting our EMC offering to accommodate our customer base and their operation.”

GHAE strives to provide the best products and services to its HF120 customers. With GHAE's EMC programme, HF120 customers receive a superior and wide-ranging level of service. EMC covers routine maintenance along with spare engines and all parts and labour to meet customers' MRO needs.

GHAE's comprehensive EMC2 programme will now offer corrosion coverage for engines during a shop visit at no additional cost to HF120 EMC2 customers. It's everything the HF120 engine and its owners deserve.

Mather Aviation has been providing aircraft maintenance to customers up and down the US West Coast since it was founded just outside of Sacramento, California in 1991. Now with three locations throughout California the company provides comprehensive aircraft maintenance, full avionics services, mobile AOG service and aircraft maintenance management services to private, corporate and government customers.

Mather Aviation is proud to have the opportunity to support GE Honda Aero Engines' and Honda Jet's customers and provide them with the outstanding service and support we are known for,” says president and owner Victor Cushing.

Selangor, Malaysia-based Dviation Technics is the exclusive authorised service provider (ASP) for the southeast Asia region. With this partnership, HF120 operators in the region will have access to the full spectrum of technical support delivered by its new business unit, KarbonMRO.

“We are extremely honoured to enter this partnership with GHAE, as we position ourselves to support the needs of owners and operators in the region. The HF120 heralds in a new age of advanced jet propulsion in its class, offering low fuel consumption, noise and emissions, and contributing directly to de-carbonisation and sustainability initiatives. Similarly, KarbonMRO was established to provide comprehensive service offerings tailored specifically for next-generation air mobility platforms, incorporating new technologies, just like the HF120. Together with GHAE, we are committed to delivering service excellence to our valued customers in the region,” says managing director Kevin Teoh.
