Paragon recognises Magnum's customer service
The Paragon Network continues to grow with over 100 operations worldwide in 25 countries. The network has added Magnum FBO locations in the capital cities of Vienna, Austria and Bratislava, Slovakia.

International network of audited FBOs and handling agents Paragon Aviation Group is continuing to expand its European membership with the addition of Magnum FBO locations in the capital cities of Vienna, Austria and Bratislava, Slovakia along with nine handling locations across Austria and Slovakia.

“We are extremely proud that our customer service commitment has been recognised by Paragon Aviation Group,” states Florian Samsinger, Magnum FBO MD. “Our common goal is to accelerate brand-new opportunities to deliver immense services, making sure our customers can experience and appreciate the value of such an advanced upgrade.”

Since 2012, Magnum FBO has had an ongoing commitment to serving both passengers and crew with its wide array of support services, including customs/immigration assistance, concierge support, slot coordination and exclusive lounge accommodations.

The Paragon Network continues to grow with over 100 operations worldwide in 25 countries. Internationally, with FBOs in Barcelona, Madrid, Brussels, Zurich, Monterrey, Cape Town, Dubai, Sydney and Paris, much of the predominant business regions are covered. Top US markets consist of Los Angeles, Houston, Detroit, Dallas, Austin, Miami, Chicago, Boston, Seattle, Washington DC and New York.

The Paragon Network is a membership of elite FBOs and international handling agents that provides service to general aviation travellers around the globe. Paragon performs a comprehensive audit of the facilities and services offered to ensure the quality of the member base before any FBO joins the network.
