AMAC Aerospace and Pilatus have signed an extension to their existing agreement whereby the PC-24 will be added to AMAC's exclusive distributorship in the Middle East. It will also become a service centre for the OEM's first business jet.

“Everyone working on the PC-24 programme will be proud to see its entry in 2017, and we at AMAC are excited to promote it to the Middle East region,” says Kadri Muhiddin, group executive chairman and ceo.

As part of the agreement, AMAC is to acquire two PC-24s by the last quarter of 2019, which will participate at regional shows. The cabins will come in executive configuration and will be easily adapted to carry cargo payloads. “We expect to have considerable interest in this aircraft for the Middle East as it has some bespoke features,” adds group cfo Mauro Grossi.
