The 149,500-sq ft MRO centre, the largest business aviation maintenance facility at Subang Airport, also includes workshops, storage space, offices for staff and customers, training rooms as well as rest areas.

The hangar's energy saving features will include LED lighting throughout and an 85kW rooftop solar system. There will also be water tanks for harvesting rainwater. The second phase of construction is now underway.

The MRO now supports all production Falcon models and most legacy models and, with the increasing number of Falcons in Asia, it is seeing a surge in demand for line and base maintenance, and pre-purchase inspections.
